A lovely sourdough with the addition of a Rye & Heritage blend flour, mixed by hand, shaped and refrigerated overnight for a long slow fermentation and baked the following day. This versatile loaf is perfect for breakfast with jam or marmalade, poached eggs, sandwiches or with a lovely hearty soup.
