A long fermented yeasted bread which has wholemeal & white flours, is made over 2 days, this longer fermentation helps break down the gluten in the flour which is more gentle on your gut and aids nutritional absorption. This lovely loaf has a wonderful local honey which gives it a gentle sweetness and wonderful aroma.
